On a very wet Saturday morning ( 10th September) Dawnbreakers once again ran their popular Charity Big Breakfast. Despite the rain we served 60 full English Breakfasts to grateful guests. We would like to thank everyone who came along and supported us.

The club is proud to welcome its latest member, Julia Pounder who was inducted by President Stephen Kitch. Julia had originally visited us to talk at one of our meetings about her work as an animal behavioural consultant and enjoyed our friendship and camaraderie so much she was invited to join.

After 25 years of hard work, Rotary and its partners are on the brink of eradicating this tenacious disease, but a strong push is needed now to root it out once and for all.
