Hello all,
I now have the results of the collections undertaken by Rotary in the 4 Nottingham venues at the Victoria Centre, Broadmarsh Centre, M & S and Sainsburys, Arnold.
In the 3 central venues the total is just over £30,000 – a record!
In Sainsburys Arnold we collected over £8,500, again a record by some distance. In fact the  Arnold RBL Branch final total this year is £20,676.04, over £4,000 higher than last year and they cannot believe it! We have great sales people in Rotary!
All of this is due to the excellent support given by you and your members and I thank you all sincerely on behalf of the RBL and those who receive help from them.
I recently attended the Royal British Legion Ball and was delighted to be presented with two framed certificates, one recognising the outstanding achievement of Rotarians in District 1220 and the other a personal thank you to me.

I know that everyone enjoyed the experience again and hopefully we can help again next year. I do know that the organisational side will be improved as the RBL has now employed Elaine Hopkins, who recently retired from the police, to take over and she is very good indeed.
Once again, thanks to everyone who took part.
Best wishes,
Val Leviers
